Making bagels is a satisfying and delicious way to spend an afternoon. The shaping of the dough is quite tactile as you poke the holes in the centre, stretch and then boil. This stool is an homage to the humble yet iconic circular bread. Shaped in oak, the seat appears almost leavened with thick edges and a rounded cutout handle in the centre that encourages moving where it is needed.
